Andrew hails from Central Ohio and has been part of Staatsoper Stuttgart's opera ensemble since 2018. Highlights with the Staatsoper include Schaunard in La Bohème, Zuniga in Carmen, Allazim in Zaide, Masetto in Don Giovanni, il Sagrestano in Tosca, and Melisso in Alcina.
Other opera highlights include the title role in Le nozze di Figaro, Leporello in Don Giovanni, The Abbott in Britten's Curlew River and Burning Fiery Furnace, Nick Shadow in Stravinsky's The Rake's Progress, Alidoro in Rossini's La Cenerentola, Dulcamara in L'elisir d'amore, Spencer Coyle in Britten's Owen Wingrave, and Dr. Reischmann in Henze's Elegy for Young Lovers.
An avid oratorio and symphonic singer, his performances include Jesus in Bach's St. Matthew Passion with the Mendelssohn Club and Chamber Orchestra Philadelphia, bass soloist in Handel's Messiah with the Sinfonietta Tübingen and Philharmonische Chor Schwäbisch Gmünd, Park Avenue Chamber Orchestra, and Marion Civic Orchestra, and as Raphael/Adam in The Creation with Symphony in C and the Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia.
Andrew had the honor of attending many prestigious training programs, including the Washington National Opera, Palm Beach Opera, Opera Philadelphia, Festival d'Aix Mozart residency, Chautauqua Music Festival and School, Aspen Opera Center, and Santa Fe Opera. He holds his Bachelor's degree in vocal performance from The Juilliard School and his Master's degree in opera performance from Curtis Institute of Music.
